I was working at #Vice at the time and they needed a reliable animator/designer to tackle this project. Nearing the end of the project, they brought me on. We designed and animated each section and everything was custom. The key challenge here was to animate to the music, to the edits and shots as well as not be too flashy and distracting. Minimalist design and motion were employed with very pointed moments of more complex motion.
